- Liaison with banking regarding leasing, Loan proceedings and different banking facilities.
- Familiar with banking contracts, their terms and conditions and requirements.
- Ensure all necessary approvals for new loan processing have been obtained as per credit policy
- Ensure all necessary regulatory documents are prepared and regulatory requirements are met for all loans
- Coordinate all aspects of loan closings as according to predefined policies and procedures
- Responds to inquiries and completes task in a timely manner
- Manage bank reconciliation statements
- Handle any type of collection and Deposits.
- Maintenance of Banking Records and Monthly reports.
- Manages relationships with Company, bank officials.
