- Provide assistance to Assistant Manager/ZM/SR ZM.
- Coordinate with the dealer's network and discuss their concerns with the Assistant Manager.
- Be efficient in forwarding complaints to the Customer Services Department.
- Working in close coordination with the Customer Services Department in weekly review of complaints received.
- Research Customers' needs and wants as well as competition information to hunt opportunities.
- Monitors dealer's activities and ensure dealer's sales, recoveries, and dispatches.
- Convert existing inactive dealers into active dealers.
- Prepare market visit plan on the basis of composite report.
- Respond to requests from Customers/Dealers.
- Report day to day activities to Assistant Manager.
- Carry out other activities as required.
