- Reviewing purchase orders and coordinate with the concerned department.
- Purchasing material.
- Coordination with clients (Internal & External).
- Review reports for stock.
- Monitor price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
- Job-related tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Visit vendors and suppliers for purchases, item returns, or replace or repairs, and maintenance.
- Prepare daily activity reports of purchased items.
- Good knowledge of local markets.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Produce and maintain all reports.
- Sourcing and Purchasing.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers for cash purchases.
- Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare a comparative analysis of quotations and report to management.
