- Preparation of import tracking dash board on weekly basis and pursuance of shipments from suppliers as per commitment and or LC terms.
- Liaison with foreign counterparts to get the copies of shipping documents, sending labels, Sales Contract and LC Copies, pro forma invoices etc.
- Keep liaison with clearing agents for clearance of all Imports and allied matters.
- To source the most affordable materials and ensure the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment for production.
- Managing, controlling and evaluating all the company’s external suppliers/Vendors.
- Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers/vendors who are aligned to the company's needs.
