Job Description

  • Assist in all the operational matters related to the issuance and record keeping of Access cards
  • Maintain records and data in both soft and hard form
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
  • Responsible for maintaining Employee Attendance and its comprehensive record
  • Manage cleaners, waiters, electricians, mess staff, carpenters
  • Efficiently handle all the routine matters of Mess to improve quality of mess service
  • Perform other tasks related duties as required
