Key Responsibilities

  • To provide information and support regarding PESSI, EOBI and Labor Department to all employees.
  • To get the social security cards of all the registered employees issued and renewed from PESSI.
  • To get the EOBI cards of all the registered employees issued.
  • To prepare Marriage Grant, Death Grant, Scholarship Cases of employees and submit to the relevant government authorities in timely manner.
  • To prepare the Pension cases of employee.
  • To keep the PESSI / EOBI formats available with him all the time.
  • To keep close liaison with Legal Department regarding Legal Cases / issues.
  • To address employee grievances and work for their welfare.
  • To represent company in employee related court cases.
  • To provide support GM Administration in maintaining high standards of discipline at workplace.
  • To discuss/share the employee’s misconduct reports with GM Administration and initiate disciplinary actions against them accordingly.
  • To issue Show Cause Notices, Warning Letters, Advisory Letters etc. to employees for their misconducts.
  • To perform any other task/duties that may be assigned by the management.
