- To supervise all the security operations, including security personals recruitment, training of the security staff, weapon issuance and related issues.
- Handle all the administrative matters involved in visa & protocol of incoming delegates and travelling & accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure that operational expenditures are in line with the approved budgets.
- Oversee general maintenance of assigned units
- Manage Repair, Maintenance & Replacement of Office Equipment’s, Appliances, Furniture, Furnishings, Vehicles, Building, Etc.
- Liaise with EHS department to ensure fire alarms and other safety equipment is in proper working condition.
- Issuance of fuel cards to the entitled employees according to their grades/or management approval.
- Supervision and management of Mess/Canteen operations.
- Ensure that company food standards are maintained properly.
- Ensure the sales of scrap according to the policy and given rates in coordination with all the stakeholders.
- Closely liaison with Government Agencies such as WAPDA, Sui Northers, TMA, POLICE, FIA, Intelligence Bureau, BOI, MOI etc.
- Any other job/task that may be assigned by the management.
