To address the employee grievances effectively and advise management with cost effective solutions to minimize them.
To ensure the correct and timely data input in SAP HCM and prepare reports as per requirements.
To verify medical claims, loans, advances, overtime, salary, late sittings, allowances etc. and get the approval from designated authorities (Sr. Manager HR and GM HR).
To process final settlements of the employees.
To maintain personal files of all employees (new and existing) with confidentiality.
To ensure the issuance Employee Cards to all the new hires in timely manner.
To hire the employees as per approval/requirements and deal with contractor for timely arrangements of required manpower and complete all joining formalities.
Verification and timely payment of contractor’s bills.
Issuance of the Service Letters, Experience Letters, Internship Letters, Bank Account Opening Letters, Apprenticeship Letters, Salary Slips etc. as per the approved formats.
