- Responsible to devise and execute security plans to ensure security of all company premises is not compromised at any time.
- To supervise all the security operations, including assistance in security personals hiring, training, weapon issuance etc. and pay special attention on their retention
- Arrange for and perform executive protection activities and ensure the fool proof security of foreigners (employees, guests and delegations etc.).
- Gate control regarding security check at all ins and outs of material and individuals from all premises of the company.
- Plan security for special and high-risk events and Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
- Ensure the security of parking area, vehicle in and out should be properly monitored and managed.
- Develop budgets for security operations and order security-related supplies and equipment as needed like weapons buying etc.
- To ensure timely renewal of weapons licenses from concerned Government authorities.
- Establish strong, strategic relationships with the law enforcement agencies Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.§
- Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures related to security department.§
- Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
- Ensure safe working conditions within the department and all security points.
- To ensure compliance to the Health, safety & environmental guidelines.
