· Receive tile complaints from zonal offices and ensure them to resolve on immediate basis
· Give awareness about “fixing or fitting” to technical persons at the company’s work sites
· Get feedback about product quality and submit it to office in-charge
· Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving the complaints in an efficient manner
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Give your findings on tiles/sanitary claim against complaints
· Approve tours sanction pro forma for the zonal staff
· Keep record of monthly expenditures, office activities, staff performance and reports sent to Head office
· Present report to the line manager on monthly basis
