•   Prepare new HR Policies and develop the existing under the directions of HOD.
  •   Conduct the compliance audit of HR Policies.
  •   Develop SOPs and ensure the compliance accordingly.
  •   HR related documents/data verification and Prepare reports regarding findings and suggestions/recommendations to improve the internal controls.
  •   Reconciles documentation to ascertain the accuracy and to ensure the adherence/compliance of company policies and procedures.
