- Arrange and schedule meetings between grieving workers, supervisory and managerial personnel, and BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE, LABOR UNION, to investigate and resolve grievances.

- Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue. 

- Deal with all type of Return related to SESSI, EOBI, and Labour Department.

- Drafting and issuance of warning. Show cause, explanation and Termination letters to the employees of the company as per Law.

·         Holding the Inquiries and preparing the inquiry report after recording the statements of the parties.

·         Dealing with external agencies such as Labor Department, SESSI, EOBI, SECP, PTA and WASA etc.

·         Maintenance of employee database and maintaining /Updating Leave Records.

·         Follow up of Confirmation Records statutory obligations - PF, Tax, Gratuity, Bonus etc.

·         Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.

·         Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management 

·         Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
