- Map and document the list of potential prospects in the territory
- Gather information of key personnel with their contact details
- Maintain a list of existing and potential clients
- Develop and maintain close relationship with key personnel to attain new projects
- Keep looking for new government projects
- Study previously awarded contracts and prepare tenders accordingly
- Lead Commercial as well as Government Institutions’ projects
- Identify and document Client requirements, project benefits/outcomes, and the translation of the Clients’ business requirements into specific deliverables
- Develop strong network with Architects and Builders
- Keep close coordination with clients for the resolution of issues and queries
- Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Efficiently manage existing projects, identify sales opportunities, participate in pre-sales planning and related tasks
- Carry out other activities as required
