• To incorporate working days, overtime and late sittings to process the monthly Payroll.
  • To prepare salary, overtime, late sitting and other benefits related summaries and comparative analysis reports with graphs on monthly basis.
  • To prepare Addition & Deletion List of employees on monthly basis. 
  • To prepare comparative analysis summary of salary with last three months.
  • To prepare advance against salary detail for both cash and bank payments.  
  • To prepare final settlement cases of leaving employees and process their clearance.
  • To update and maintain Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in SAP HCM, employees personal information, salaries and increments etc.
  • To prepare head count report on daily basis and present to Manager HR. 
  • To keep the Salary Sheets updated all the time as per the approved format.
  • To keep close liaison with finance department for PESSI and EOBI payments and deductions etc.
  • To update of record in PESSI and EOBI System (Employees’ Addition & Deletion).
