- Preparation of vouchers for medical, contractors, advances, fuel, toll taxes etc. and get the receiving for record.
- To post the vouchers in General Ledger and SAP.
- Reconciliation of data related to contractors and maintain record with all related documentation.
- Issuance of Salary, STL (Short Term Loan) and other Cheques as per instructions.
- To get and maintain the record of receiving for all the payments made.
- Collection of Delivery Challan from transporters and prepare the record accordingly.
- Posting of Contractors bills in SAP.
- Deduction of meal expenses from contractor bill.
- Participation in scrap sale activity as finance representative.
