- To manage daily outbound of cargo and inventory management under the supervision of Executive Warehouse & Logistics.
- To supervise the dispatches from warehouse to the dealers in timely and accurately.
- To check and report daily dispatches to HOD.
- To ensure accurate and timely recording of outward gate passed into system.
- To check the pallets with packing list as per categories and grade before dispatches.
- To liaise with admin department (security) for daily dispatches and record at gate.
- To store inventory easily traceable and accessible.
- To keep proper record of all outbound.
- Responsible of data input in SAP software pertaining to outbound logistics.
- Supervision of outbound logistics team.
- Responsible for periodic cycle counts and stock counts.
- Responsible for keeping updated record of inventory at warehouses sections assigned to you.
