· Engage marketing and sales team to effectively achieve targets set by Regional Manager
· Appoint dealers as required with prior approval of line Manager
· Work in close coordination with Regional Manager to devise plans and strategies for the zone
· Build and sustain rapport with dealers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
· Ensure effective distribution and placement of the company’s products in the designated dealers’ outlets with the help of marketing and sales team
· Submit dealer’s/ market reports to Regional Manager on daily basis
· Tracking and analyzing competition by getting information, marketing initiatives, marketing spends and outcomes
· Actively engage with potential and current customers through various interaction media by launching campaigns maximizing ROI and effectiveness
· Provide consumer insights so that action plans can be devised upon the same
· Submit monthly and annual performance reports of marketing team to Regional Manager
