We are looking for HR Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:


·       The ideal candidate must be a holder of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.



  • Candidate must have 3 years of relevant experience in the given role

  • Must have a confident personality

  • Must have excellent communication and negotiations skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Must have the ability to work under pressure

  • Candidates having experience in IT industry would be preferred


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Candidate must have professional experience in the Recruitment and Selection of the relevant candidates

  • Must be able to manage the whole HR process efficiently “from hiring till the final selection of the relevant candidates, handling applicant’s queries and concerns (if any)

  • Keeping and maintaining the record of the employee related documents

  • Maintain attendance records and overall attendance/leaves related matters of employees.

  • Must have command on Microsoft office for making spreadsheets and company related reports

  • Must be able to implement the company policies and make sure that the they are being followed in the organization without violation

  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation

  • Must be able to perform the orientation of new employees (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)

  • Responsible for effective on boarding/off boarding process

  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions

  • Should be able to maintain relationship between employees and management (interdepartmental coordination)

  • Assistance in HR initiatives and other creational projects assigned.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and nurture a culture which leads to employee satisfaction, motivation and high employee retention

  • Dealing with employees, solving their issues and counseling with them as and when needed

  • To ensure day to day HR operations are performed with accuracy and timely.

  • Must have technical knowledge and have previously used HR management tools

  • The ideal candidate must also have the legal knowledge of the industry and the Human Resource Management best practices.
