We are looking for a Project Manager, who will be managing scope, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. You will actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Good programming and analytical concepts
- 4 - 5 years of working experience in develeopment or project Management
- Object oriented design and system architecture knowledge
- Hands on experience on project management tools
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must have project and team management skills
- Experience of working in an offshore software development environment is a plua
- Certification in proect management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
