Responsibilities:
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assist the HR leadership team in maintaining and constantly refining all elements of exceptional organizational culture.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
- Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
- Managing communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
- Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Manage onboarding / off-boarding of all employees.
- Contribute toward designing and implementation of systems and processes related to employee evaluation and education and training of different modules.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Up to 01-year experience as HR executive (Preferably in IT or software industry)
- Bachelors in HRM or MBA with HR as a major subject.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective oral & written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Should be comfortable in using different Human Capital Management Systems.
