- Capable of expressing various thoughts via email/calls. Should be able to provide complete and sensible responses
- Ability to work in night shifts.

- Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits of our platform
- Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers
- Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of services to meet the customers’ needs
- Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience
