- A Telesales Representative is a valued member of our sales team. As a part of this team, you will identify new prospects, research industry trends, create a needs-based solution, and close sales.
Requirements:
- Highly developed organizational, planning and management skills.
- Active listening skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport.
- Experience developing new business relationships with small, medium, and large scale businesses.
- Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of expressing various thoughts via email/chat. Should be able to provide complete and sensible responses
- Ability to work in night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate products using features and benefits.
- Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers.
- Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers’ needs
- Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience.
