- Assist Admin Manager for smooth & efficient running of daily operations of admin department.
- Supervise daily routine admin & operations & make sure that they are error free, further responsible for supervision of admin team work.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly cash demand & for its regularly updating.
- Responsible for claim lodgment of insurances, their timely annual renewals & other company legal & other registration timely renewals.
- Maintain detail record of company vehicles maintenance & assist Admin Manager in controlling vehicle maintenance, staff travelling expenses & other petty expenses etc.
- Assist Admin Manager in conducting regular internal audit of admin department
- Responsible for implementation of agreed revise control procedure after outcome of internal Audit.
- Resposible for HR records, attendence and will assist admin manager for over all HR management.
- Responsible for any other task assigned by management
