• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 
  • Will be responsible for a lot of coordination between departments 
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary 
  • Organize office operations and procedures 
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time 
  • Arranging appointments & Organizing meeting for the Senior management 
  • Booking transport and accommodation 
  • Ordering stationery and furniture 
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries 
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports 
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff 
  • Managing office budgets 
  • Organizing induction for new employees 
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date 
  • using a range of software packages 
  • attending meetings with Senior management 
  • keeping personnel records
