We are looking for tender management manager who can perform following duties Review the invitation to tender documents and the buyer’s criteria to provide tender brief.Able to analyse any pass/fails and show-stoppers.Calculate the value and assess any risks before committing to tender.Create compelling responses or write answers to tender questions. Empower you to define service offering clearly and articulately through well-structured method statements that accurately answer the brief.Use proven tender writing techniques.Write, edit and proof responses so that they fully meet the specification. Demonstrate industry best-practice and deliver value that proves tender is compliant, high-scoring and competitive.Analysing tender documents and bringing average scores up to contract winning standards. Review entire submission in detail, identify gaps and areas of refinement and suggest improvements to secure higher scores.Tendering commercial proposition, evaluating your potential pricing score and providing an opportunity to amend.Work extensively with small businesses to prepare them for tendering, allowing them to win their first major contract.Identify any gaps in current capability and suggest enhancements and strategies to move your business into a strong and competitive tendering position. Construct all the appropriate documents and policies needed to provide a compliant tender.Providing the right tendering services for your business. This means having an eye on the budget constraints that a smaller business may have, Assist clients and develop long-term relationships that ultimately ensures mutual success.
