We're looking for Senior Software Engineers - Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out project/product development from conception to implementation, high-quality and high-volume programming, while displaying a keen eye for quality assurance and code maintenance. Previous experience of working on business applications/ERP systems is mandatory.
Skills & Requirements:
- Must be able to lead a team of developers and able to meet deadlines as a team.
- Must have 7 years experience of full-stack web development.
- Should have experience of developing desktop applications.
- Significant PHP/Python experience, including experience building object-oriented applications in PHP/Python/.NET.
- Familiarity with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern, and previous experience developing web applications using this pattern or on existing MVC frameworks.
- Should have experience of working with top-rated business applications.
- Experience of working with PHP/Python/.NET frameworks.
- Experience of templating engines like Jinja/Smarty.
- Experience of JQuery, HTML5/CSS3 and creating hand-coded DIV based websites.
- Must have worked on highly interactive web interfaces using Javascript frameworks.
- Solid experience interacting with MySQL/MSSql database systems through abstraction layer (in addition to the ability to write raw SQL queries).
- Solid experience using PHP/Python/.NET to create and consume web services and/or other experience implementing data integrations.
- Experience using Linux to maintain and configure Apache/Redis web servers.
- Strong leadership skills. Must be able to function as a team leader as well as an individual contributor.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies and how they might impact future design decisions and strategic directions.
