Yorkland Private Limited - Real Estate and Construction is hiring a driven, professional and experienced Real Estate Agents and Surveyors for rent, sale and purchase of property and to perform the role of an intermediary in executing the contracts. The candidate needs to promote real estate on behalf of clients and to provide guidance to buyers/sellers to facilitate the purchase/selling/rental process.
Responsibilities:
• Assist sellers in marketing their property, listing, advertising• Advise on pricing property and market value• Assist buyers in finding the right property for their needs under best terms• Negotiate sale on behalf of the client• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them• Document property interior and exterior with photos• Perform detailed inspections and comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value• Advise clients on the buying process, legal requirements, and market conditions• Show properties to potential buyers• Prepare contracts, deeds, closing statements, and other necessary paperwork• Maintain and update property listings• Coordinate open houses, advertising services, and listings for properties• Network and build connections with other real estate agents and clients; continuing education and training• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Real Estate Agent Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school degree or equivalent; higher education degree preferred• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office• Knowledge of real estate sales process and should be energetic and passionate to work• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules• Must have own bike• Salary – PKR 10,000/month + Commission • Work Experience – 3 years or more (Preferred)
