Job Description

We are Uk Based Company and looking for a candidate for our customer support team. Its a full time permanent job.

Timings will be from 2pm till 10pm Monday to Friday.  

Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls to resolve customer queries and ensure the First Call Resolution.
  • Correspond with customers on calls and emails 
  • Facilitate and update the Operations teams in the UK.
  • Manage any other tasks as assigned related to Collections.
  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help


  • Excellent English Language Communication Skills (American/ukaccent will be preferred) 
  • 16 Years Of Education
  • Good Command on MS-Office
  • Experience will be preffered
