A reliable, responsible, and proactive Farm Manager is needed for a farm near Haroonabad, Bahawalnagar District, who can efficiently manage daily agriculture operations.

Eligibility:

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in agriculture/farm operations.

Basic literacy and proficiency in mobile/email usage.

Preference will be given to individual with a agriculture background or sons of farmer.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily farming operations for fruits and vegetables.
Manage soil health, irrigation, and pest control.
Supervise staff and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Maintain records of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm inputs.
Implement environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices.
Ensure compliance with security, environmental, and quality standards.
