Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing talent as per the Hiring Plan from different platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews by applying suitable interviewing techniques for shortlisting the candidates.
- Assist in hiring activities like organizing recruitment drives, open days and career fairs.
- New hire onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinating with internal & external training by maintaining records & feedbacks.
- Maintaining and updating employee record both through filing and soft form.
- Update and maintain HR records for all employees both online and hard copy documents.
- Assists in HR related tasks assigned by the manager.
