Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in sourcing talent as per the Hiring Plan from different platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews by applying suitable interviewing techniques for shortlisting the candidates.
  • Assist in hiring activities like organizing recruitment drives, open days and career fairs.
  • New hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinating with internal & external training by maintaining records & feedbacks.
  • Maintaining and updating employee record both through filing and soft form.
  • Update and maintain HR records for all employees both online and hard copy documents.
  • Assists in HR related tasks assigned by the manager.
