Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and supervising a team of Engineers & process people and create solutions for production & efficiency improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead engineers, Production supervisors who run machinery, develop plans and oversee Raw material storage.
- Responsible for manufacturing cost (labour, maintenance, fuel & power)
- Direct and coordinate production, operations, maintenance and warehouse.
- Oversee the Production systems & procedures.
- Identifying training needs of his subordinate staff.
- Participation in Performance review and those task assigned by higher management.
- Discuss and lay out assigned projects specifications and check its technical accuracy.
- Make detailed plans to accomplish goals of department.
- Analyze market demand and manage production targets keeping low manufacturing cost.
- Apply Preventive maintenance for plant efficiency improvement.
- Improve manufacturing processes and implement best practices on the production floor.
- Coordinate activities with other business units of the organization.
- Ensure safe working environment in the factory area.
