Working as an assistant to GM operation. You will be a talented professional and experienced individual, capable of managing a diverse list of tasks as well as managing a small team. Must possess excel knowledge.
Your main responsibilities nevertheless would be:
Maintain a control environment within the office.
General office administration.
Making phone calls to customers – demanding payments.
Handle petty cash.
Co-ordination with head office and provide required information on daily basis.
Preparation of Delivery challan and to ensure correct stock is issued to customers.
Maintain stock records on excel sheet and maintain paper files.
Maintain physical inventory and reconcile between physical inventory and excel sheet.
Posting jobs into system and maintain excel sheets for GM information.
Deposit cash / cheque into head office bank account.
Supervision of delivery boy and peon.
