● Coordinate with the production team by assigning work generated from the sales team through online portals (freelancer.com, upwork.com)
● Understand the requirements of an awarded project, compile the description, post on the project portal and coordinate with production managers/team for the completion of work.
● Manage the project portal and the sales sheet and update all information, data, feedback, stats, etc.
● Coordinate directly with a client once a project is awarded, deliver the work, update the client in a timely manner and take care of revisions/feedbacks.
● Prepare the scope of work documents, with the production manager and sales agent.
● Understand a sales agent, sales and work criteria and follow the same pattern, chat tone, work procedure.
