We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Amazon Specialist to manage and grow our presence on the Amazon UAE marketplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product research, sourcing, listing optimization, and overall Amazon account management. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, trends, and tools to ensure smooth operations and consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Research & Sourcing: Identify and evaluate profitable products using market research tools and strategies Source products through reliable suppliers and negotiate for best rates
Amazon Listing Management: Create and optimize compelling product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing) tailored for Amazon UAE Monitor and improve listing performance and visibility
Account Management: Maintain overall Amazon account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and performance metrics Handle product inventory, shipping setup, and ensure timely order fulfillment
Customer & Order Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, order issues, returns, and pickup-related queries Coordinate with logistics partners for order pickups and delivery
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account, preferably in the UAE marketplace
Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, algorithms, and keyword optimization
Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the process from sourcing to fulfillment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Middle East e-commerce
Knowledge of UAE AMAZON MARKETPLACE
