- Carrying out a comprehensive recruitment process for all PK Head Office roles as directed by the Hiring Manager.
- Supporting the UK operation to generate leads and long and short lists of candidates to be interviewed by a UK recruitment officer.
- Place advertisements on internal job boards and external recruitment sites.
- Assessing candidate competence and suitability by selecting test material for roles as required.
- Conducting initial screening, telephone and personal interviews in conjunction with the appropriate hiring manager.
- Making recruitment decisions and generating all offer and entry documents for successful candidates.
- Ensuring thorough right to work and reference checks and related compliance for all candidates and liaising with the appropriate recruitment auditor.
- Providing weekly reports, updates and current vacancies to senior management teams.
