The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key role in our organization and is responsible for generating new business opportunities. The SDR identifies qualified prospects, engages them through outbound prospecting via email and phone, and ultimately passes those qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Find qualified leads and build your sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email.
- Use sales automation tools to maximize the effectiveness of your prospecting efforts.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and qualify leads
- Document all search activity in our CRM.
- Collaborate internally with marketing staff to drive campaigns and identify new leads.
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of the services offered by the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent English, grammar and organizational skills.
- No experience or prior knowledge is required.
- Sales training will be provided.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
