1. Achieve 100% assigned sales targets.
2. Call on 10 NTB/existing customers every day and maintain a daily activity report of the same.
3. Activate, revive and deepen dormant, zero balance and low balance accounts in the portfolio on a monthly basis.
4. Close zero balance accounts which could not be revived after best efforts on a monthly basis.
5. Ensure effective management of accounts by monitoring the deposit movement of customers.
6.Minimize value and number attrition of customers.
7.Devise strategies to counter competition and maximise market share in the catchment area.
8.Provide support for new product launches, and champion new sales initiatives.
9.Ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
