The Account Manager Role and Responsibilities 

  •  Be familiar with our clients including the company profile, their products and services and utilize the MIW approach to manage client relationships and expectations 
  • Ensure onboarding of clients is conducted as per MIW SOPs including accuracy and wholeness of each intake to allow recruitment team to operate efficiently 
  •  New Client onboarding meetings result in detailed intake call notes - these need to be completed correctly and the information uploaded to Google Folder and used by the team to initiate their work 
  •  Take detailed notes in client meetings and provide feedback to operations teams on outstanding issues, areas of concern, pipeline activity, and maintain log of all relevant client relationship activities 
  •  Own and drive client meetings to ensure client experience is maximized. Work with team leads to ensure we maintain accurate reporting to clients on progress and status along with expected deliverables 
  •  Prepare weekly summary reports for team leads regarding client pipeline activity and set agenda for client calls with team leads
  •  Enhance client experience by improving our relationships, the ease of information access toclients, as well as help manage pipeline obstructions by being a creative problem solver and working with our operations teams to help ideate and brainstorm 
  •  Maintain an open communication pipeline with clients for quick turnarounds and introduce sense of positive urgency in operations 
  •  Troubleshoot problems with client as they arise and review with MIW manager on how best to approach 
  •  Be the first line of communication with the client and own the relationships including but not limited to problem solving for client and engaging in feedback sessions to improve client experience 
  •  Coordinate with the sales team for client needs and liaison between sales and client to maximize sale opportunities while delivering quality client experience 
  •  Leverage positive client relationship and understand client needs to upsell with clients to ensure we maximize our portfolio potential 
  •  Work closely to ensure client satisfaction and renewal continues on a quarterly basis 

Requirements 

  •  3-4 years of experience managing US based clientele as an account manager
  • Out of box and dynamic problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate progress, status, and action items being undertaken, to clients 
  •  Up-to-date understanding of the clients’ industry’s recruitment and operations
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients 
  •  Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
  •  Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once 
  •  Advanced motivational and negotiation skills 
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
