Job Responsibilities:
Interface between Market Research and Business Analytics to synthesize internal database information.
Exhibit analytical and MR techniques knowledge and use in MR studies.
Display commitment to high quality, cost effective and timely research.
Develop and execute customer opinion studies and quantitative and qualitative market research studies.
Perform market segmentation research and develop customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
3 years’ experience in Data Analytics/Data Research or related field.
Excellent knowledge Market research tool: zoom info, Upleads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Working knowledge with CRM: Zoho Preferred.
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods : Segmentation in terms of Types of Companies Industries, Revenue Size, Employee Size.
Advise senior management on the best ways to use provided data.
Strong analytical and critical thinking.
Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining.
Strong communication and presentational skills.
Team Management Skill, Training and grooming the team.
Technical Requirements:
Person should have excellent command of Excel.
Should know about Tax Savvy.
Should understand new software and break down new things.
MS office good command for the reporting and presentational skills.
