Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Analyze employment data related to the position and create reports based on the findings.
- MIW offices operate at EST work hours. In PK these hours translate to 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Fresh Graduates/Undergraduates
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills.
