Responsibilities for Reporting Analyst:
- Gathering raw data, from different dashboards and Softwares
- Creating and updating data sets that involve in tandem with the business requirements
- Handle project and present results and meet deadlines by collaborating multiple projects
- Handle Information processed confidentiality and proprietary nature of database
- Ensure high data quality through quality checks.
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout portfolio companies
- Maintain business reporting databases of portfolio companies and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Communicate with business managers to ensure accuracy of reporting function
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form
- Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis
- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
- Execute other tasks as directed by managers from time to time
Basic Qualification
- BS Accounting/ BS Accounting & Finance/ BBA Account or ACCA
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a reporting function
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, teamwork and organization skills
- Strong Excel knowledge & experience is mandatory
- Strong Excel knowledge & experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is strongly preferred
