Responsibilities



  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


Requirements


Successful previous experience in a Sales Manager role with a heavy focus on international phone sales tools and techniques, consistently meeting or exceeding targets



  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Understands B2B sales model and has demonstrated experience managing a call center and BPO team

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise (US-B2B)

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • Strong commitment to grow in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibility and efficiency at all levels of the organization

  • Committed to continuous training and knowledge-base addition through workshops, seminars and conferences


The timings are 06:30/05:30 pm till 03:30/02:30 am (Strictly office based)
