Oversee and manage the sales team leads, sales team and sales operations of McLean
Interfacing with Clients and developing and deepening Client relationships including identifying and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Managing market research functions and analyzing the need of new databases for client companies based upon the health of current databases of prospects
Establish and implement short and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures
Monitoring and Evaluating operational effectiveness, and changes required for improvement.
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within for running Sales Operations in a better way.
Provide professional support and leadership to all the staff working under the Senior Manager as a principal point expertise on all matters relating to the problems.
Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for McLean, within specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified area of focus.
Design, coordinate, and implement training programs for team members within the company and its components regarding the nature and application operating policies and procedures.
Manage and/or provide day-to-day leadership to Sales Associates, Account Executives, and Team Leads on various campaigns and accounts that they are engaged in.
Understand and utilize company CRM tool to facilitate tracking and reporting of sales activities and client management
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
