Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all freight forwarding activities including arranging shipments and selecting appropriate transportation modes to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Manage customs clearance processes by preparing and submitting accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant import-export regulations.
  • Classify cargo using HS codes accurately to comply with customs requirements and prevent delays or penalties.
  • Maintain and update cargo tracking systems to monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and customs officials to streamline logistics processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Oversee transportation management to optimize routing and scheduling for cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and review all cargo documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor freight forwarding management activities, maintaining process compliance and improving operational workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies related to cargo handling and transportation.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to align logistics activities with overall business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Analyze shipment data and logistics performance to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
