Responsibilities:
· Resolve patient’s complaints telephonically
· Resolve Doctor’s office issues regarding billing and payment posting
· Refunds processing and Coordinating with collections agencies
· Printing & sending itemized bills
· Receiving online payments
· Must need to follow HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct
Requirements:
· Must have 2+ year of experience with Patient Services.
· Must have Knowledge of US medical insurance.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must have North American accent.
