Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Adding new patients in the system if does not exist already.
  • Coordinating with doctor’s office in US regarding office hours, appointments and location changes etc.
  • Gathering details of patient queries for lab results and medications and relaying info to doctor’s office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelors in any domain with excellent
  • English communication (preferably North American accent)Hands on in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
  • Knowledge of US healthcare industry2 to 3 years hands on experience of customer support
  • Available to work in US working hours
