Monitoring & Evaluation:
• Support Programme Coordinator and MEAL department in the implementation of organizational MEAL guidelines for all the programmes and projects at the provincial level.
• Support the design, conduct and management of baseline surveys, pre- and post-KAP assessments, feasibility studies, household assessments, and PDMs in accordance with objectives and expected results for management and lessons learnt.
• Responsible for managing the Project Progress Matrices/Tracking Sheets (PPMs) and other data tools based on KPIs for all project components such as Winterization, Agriculture Recovery, Livestock Support, WASH Rehabilitation, and DRR Preparedness, ensuring timely data submission.
• Carry out regular field visits to project areas in Buner and Mansehra, conduct debriefing sessions with the project team, prepare and disseminate monitoring visit reports (FVMRs), and develop and maintain Action Plan Trackers for the timely compliance of the agreed actions as per approved FVMR.
• Provide support to conduct the formative and summative evaluation, assessments, baselines, periodic studies that can support in identification and prioritization of problems, as well as project design.
• To keep close track of all project programmatic progress; identify and troubleshoot the gaps
• Regular updating of MEAL trackers/database for sharing with MEAL Coordinator/Manager on a monthly basis.
• Compile and analyse MEAL functions data on a monthly basis and share it with program teams and MEAL /Coordinator Manager.
• To ensure that organization Values, the minimum standards of humanitarian relief are maintained in accordance with the CHS, Sphere Charters and Red Cross Code of Conduct.
• Conduct quarterly data validation and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of collected data.
• Ensure proper use of Kobo Toolbox and Tola Data systems for data collection and reporting.
Reporting:
• Maintain the effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from field office to country office according to the standard temples.
• To collect and validate accurate beneficiary data, including household composition, to ensure data integrity and alignment with program objectives
• To prepare field reports to ensure and improve the quality and accuracy of the data collected.
• To ensure that reports reflect organization strategies, policies, programming framework and project management tools.
• To assist in the development of Monthly/Quarterly/Project Completion Reporting for 2025-74, and CBM -V, and CW-2025-101-497 and other emergency projects areas, including the collection of MoVs, case studies, consent forms, and photographs.
• Take lead with MEAL Coordinator/ Manager to develop project focused MEAL frameworks and tools for new proposals and concept.
Accountability and Learning:
• To maintain an Accountability mechanism for timely registration and response to all complaints of stakeholders and to ensure compliance of CHS and HAPs standards/practices
• On the basis of complaints, provide regular reports to MEAL department on action taken and needs of improvement in project designs and strategies.
• Increase awareness of field staff on accountability mechanisms through formal and informal support.
• Support MEAL department to develop and maintain “learning sharing mechanisms” for further improvements in program/ project designs and strategy.
• Receive accountability data from the field, analyse it and share it with MEAL Manager.
• At the provincial level take lead on accountability and learning data analysis and write-ups.
• Ensure effective management of data on Complaint and Response, Monitoring Action Plan Tracker and MEAL tools;
• Any other task related to MEAL assigned by the MEAL Manager/Coordinator organizationCO.
Safeguarding:
• Ensure all safeguarding guidelines are implemented in true spirits and compliance as per the policy.
• Ensure team members are aware and understands safeguarding policies, procedure Internal & External Stakeholders management.
• Implement the policy in day-to-day code of conduct.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of any safeguarding or protection concerns through organization CRMF and safeguarding channels.
Other:
• To ensure all records are maintained and stored appropriately in line with organization document management and IT policies. while upholding the confidentiality of household/beneficiary data and adhering to organization policies at all levels,
• To comply with all HR & Admin policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
