1. Manage HR function for the organization.
  2. Develop HR policies & procedures and ensure they are up to date and in line with current legal and regulatory requirements and best practices.
  3. Develop staff handbook and keep it updated.
  4. Provide HR support for employees.
  5. Manage employees’ payroll and rewards process.
  6. Support annual appraisal process, staff training and personal development plans.
  7. Provide advice and input on remuneration and rewards to the CEO.
  8. Map skills according to employees’ roles.
  9. Develop training program for the employees based on their training needs.
  10. Develop and implement team building program in the organization.
  11. Support recruitment process for new staff including executives and workers.
  12. Lead an Employee Satisfaction Survey on periodic basis.
  13. Work with all departments to ensure HR records are organized and filed.
  14. Supply high quality HR management information (for CEO) with a view to driving change.
  15. Promote employee wellbeing, provide support to staff on health matters and long-term sickness absence, making referrals as necessary.
