- Manage HR function for the organization.
- Develop HR policies & procedures and ensure they are up to date and in line with current legal and regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Develop staff handbook and keep it updated.
- Provide HR support for employees.
- Manage employees’ payroll and rewards process.
- Support annual appraisal process, staff training and personal development plans.
- Provide advice and input on remuneration and rewards to the CEO.
- Map skills according to employees’ roles.
- Develop training program for the employees based on their training needs.
- Develop and implement team building program in the organization.
- Support recruitment process for new staff including executives and workers.
- Lead an Employee Satisfaction Survey on periodic basis.
- Work with all departments to ensure HR records are organized and filed.
- Supply high quality HR management information (for CEO) with a view to driving change.
- Promote employee wellbeing, provide support to staff on health matters and long-term sickness absence, making referrals as necessary.
