We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of healthcare products on digital channels becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. You should know the current market trends in the digital marketing space, what is working and what is not working.

You will lead a small team which includes content writers, SEO & PPC specialist. You will need to be a hands on manager who does work himself/herself and also can allocate work to team members and make sure the team members complete the task assigned in a timely fashion.

  • Schedule social media post.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Calculate monthly Return on Investment (ROI) on team members
  • Calculate the ROI for ad spent on various digital platforms.
  • Evaluate monthly KPIs for each team member
  • Interview new candidates. Justification will be needed to hire new team members. New team member will be hired when current staff is working at maximum workload capacity, or we need someone with specific expertise.

Skills:

  • Use Zoho Social
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Prefer someone who has worked for a Digital Marketing Agency with various clients.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Prefer someone with 10 plus years of experience.

Task:

  • Create a video for Youtube that will show patients how to use Freestyle Libre 2.
  • Create a video for Physician and post on Linkedlin
  • Create a video for patients and post on Facebook and other social media platforms to market patients.

  • Facebook Ads
  • Bing Ads
  • Google Adwords

Questions for Interview:

  • If you are given a list of 10,000 doctor office address. How will you market to the patients that are coming into those doctor offices?
  • What social media platforms will you use to market to doctors?
  • What social media platforms will you use if you have to marketing a diabetic meter to check blood glucose levels? Who will be your target audience?
  • Have you worked with any affiliate marketing companies? If so, which one?
