General Areas of Responsibility:
- Fixes/enhances existing interfaces, transforms, tasks, and jobs per the request
- Builds new interface per the request
- Works with users to understand and document reqs.
- Tests the artifacts based on requirements and works with the team to roll them out to Production
- Manage tasks and dependencies to deliver requests within a given timeline
- Understands Organizational specific clinical, laboratory and business workflows, and data models
- to effectively enhance existing work products
- Develops, tests, maintains and supports Intersystem Ensemble. Integration engine components,
- and SFTP, VNP as part of an enterprise interoperability implementation team. Ensures all steps
- of change management are followed and maintained.
- Troubleshoots and perform root cause analysis of problems
Performs on-call as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS or the equivalent interface development experience is preferred.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, communication, and solution driven influencing skills
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Technical Support experience desired
